Returns & Refunds Policy – ReThinkZen

At ReThinkZen, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or preference changes.

Refunds and replacements are only offered if:

• The product is damaged, misprinted, or defective.

• You received the wrong item.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at UrbanKX@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note:

• Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted.

• We do not accept returns for products that are the wrong size due to customer error. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

• Since each item is custom-printed, we cannot restock returned products.
